5、消防员防护服ce认证怎么做

1）i类ppe产品认证要求： category i

工厂自控+欧标测试报告+doc自我声明

2）ii类ppe产品认证要求：category ii

认证模式b+c：需要由对应产品资质的欧盟公告号机构进行型式测试，以及技术资料的审核，包含说明书，包装，ce标签，doc自我声明等，审核通过后工厂获得b证书；

同时除了保证工厂批次生产的个人防护产品都能满足ce的要求，工厂还需要进行c模式-生产控制。

3）iii类ppe产品认证要求：category iii

认证模式b+c2或者b+d

需要由对应产品资质的欧盟公告号机构进行型式测试，以及技术资料的审核，包含说明书，包装，ce标签，doc自我声明等，审核通过后工厂获得b证书；

同时每年工厂需要按照nb机构的要求进行年审，模式可以选择c2抽样测试，或者d验厂的模式，获得c2证书或者d证书。

只有b+c2胡总和b+d全部完成才是一个完整的ce认证。
