一般来讲，截仓我们指散货，一如字面解释截是指截止，仓我们指仓库。截关我们用在柜货上比较多，截关有四个时间，有截补料的时间、截重柜的时间、截放行的时间以及截提单的时间。截补料时间是美加要提前四十八小时申请，所以去美加会收ams（automatedmanifestsystem）费用；截重柜时间一点会比截放行时间延迟半天，是指截止柜到码头还柜时间，如果没有按时还柜，那重柜纸上会显示几条9，如在时间之内则是船名；截放行时间呢是在报关时间内报出关即可安排上船，反之延后一水；截提单时间是指对单时间，有部分船公司只接受一次补料，一定要注意。
重柜纸的作用是什么？
作为码头收货的一张证明，上面有柜型、重量、柜号、封条号、进闸时间、闸时间、预配船名等等相关资料。深圳的重柜纸是要交到报关行的，报关行根据上面的资料安排报关，在报关的同时需要将正本一起交给海关；香港重柜纸要交还给船公司，所以你要拿提单的时候要交给货代或是给客户，他们要按照重柜纸上的资料来做报进口，在时间限制内没有报进口，会对重柜纸上的香港报关公司产生罚款（具体时间不记得了，大概在15天左右）
2.截补料提前什么时间的48小时？是不是开船日？
去美国和加拿大都是在船开48小时内提供补料。不过apl可以在他们公司网上补料，那这样子只需要提前24小时既可。
