LED有毒有害物质检测限制是什么

基本介绍

在21世纪，作为绿色节能的光源led已经正在取代传统光源，而成为照明用具的主角。除了节能考虑，环保要求也是本世纪重点之一，led灯是否使用了环保材料？材料对人身及环境是否有危害？这又是我们面临的另一大课题。

有害物质的限制

a. 欧盟rohs指令
eu: directive 2011/65/eu of the european parliament and ofthecouncil of 8 june 2011 on the restriction of the use of certainhazardous substances in electrical and electronic e, i.e.eurohs directive
b. 美国加利福尼亚州rohs法规
   us california: restrictions on the use of certainhazardoussubstances in electronic devices, i.e. california rohs,health and safety code section 25214.9-25214.10.2
c. 美国联邦rohs法案
us: environmental design of electrical e (edee) act, i.e.usrohs h.r.2420
以上法案，均管控制成led灯中的各种均质材料中如下六种受限制使用的物质的含量：
铅：1000ppm， 镉：100ppm， 汞：1000ppm， 六价铬：1000ppm， 多溴联苯：1000ppm，多溴联苯醚：1000ppm

欧盟rohs建议优先四种物质

a. 三种邻苯二甲酸酯 3 phthalates (bbp, dbp and dehp)
b. 六溴环十二烷 hbcdd
