设计

多路组合换向阀，由于结构紧凑，便于集中操纵，油路短，压力损失小等优点，在农业机械、工程机械多执行元件的液压系统中广为应用．多路组合换向阀又经常与单向阀、液控单向阀、安全阀等组为一体，因此除了其换向功能之外，还具有使系统限压、卸荷、执行元件的锁位等功能，特别是卸荷功能尤为重要．在农业机械中，特别是联合收割机中，普遍使用多路组合换向阀，各执行元件间断工作，液压系统经常处于卸荷状态，卸荷性能的好坏对系统影响较大，如果卸荷压力高，能量损失大，系统温度升高，甚至使系统不能正常工作。因此有必要对其卸荷性能进行分析，并合理地设计卸荷阀。
