锂电池pse流程简述 
自2008年11月20日起，锂离子蓄电池列入nsps的管控范围。即能量密度超过400wh/l的二次锂离子蓄电池（用于移动设备、桌上笔记本等）。下列锂离子电池除外：用于医疗设备、工业设备和汽车类的锂离子电池；用焊接或其他方式固定到产品上不能轻易移出的电池；特殊结构的电池。
