batteryinstallation
remove the battery cover fromthe bottom of the computer using a flat blade screwdriver. installa ag13 battery with the positive(+) pole facing the battery coverand replace the cover. should the lcd show irregular figures orhave no shows, take out the battery and install again.
notes: when install thebattery, please don’t make any spring contact tongue out ofshape.(the battery positive connecting sheet have three springcontact tongues)
speedometersensor
the speedometer sensor bracketattaches to the left fork blade.
using rubber shims to adjust tothe diameter of the fork. position
the sensor and magnet as show,making sure the arc of the
magnet intersects the alignmentmark on the sensor with the
clearance less than5mm.
the magnet attaches to the frontwheel spoke with the screws
provided
mountingshoe
attach the mounting shoe tothe
handlebar using thebracket
screw provided. rubbershims
are also included to providea
secure fit if the clampcan’t
close completely, orthe
bracket slips on the handlebar,shims will be necessary.
bracket can be attached toeither left or right hand side of the
handlebar
sensorwiring
route the sensor wire up thefork blade, using tie wraps to secure
it at the bottom and crown. wiremust nit hang loosely. leaving
enough slack to allow freemovement of the front wheel. route
the remaining wire around thefront brake cable and to the
handlebar. excess wire should becarefully looped and secured to
the stem with a tiewrap.

the computer attaches tothe
mounting shoe by sliding theunit
until it snaps firmly intoposition.
push forward theopposite
direction to remove.
to check for properspeed
function and sensoralignment.
spin the front wheelwith
computer in speed mode.adjust
the position of sensor andmagnet when there is no or weak reactivity.
km/mileselection
after installing the batterywithin 15 seconds (it enters automatic
cycle after 15 seconds), themainframe display km/h;press left
button to choose km/h or m/h.range of speed recording:
0~99.9km(m)/h.
→press right button to enter wheel size inputmode
wheel sizeinput
the mainframe display 3flickering number, choose needed perimeter according to thefollowing diagram, press left button to input (for example: inputthe number by pressing left button for over 2 second), thecircumference varies between 10cm~239cm, default mainframe displayis 208cm.
→press right button to enter dst mode
setting the last valueof odometer
the last value of the totaldistance (i.e. the figure 0000.0 on the right of the bottom of thescreen) can be adjusted. (after reinstalling the battery, latestvalue can be input according to the value exists before the batteryis reinstalled). press the left button to change the flickeringdigits, press the right button to change to the next digit. thedefault last value of the odometer is “0.0”. press the right buttonto skip any digit.
autoon/off
to preserve batteries, the cyclecomputer will automatically switch off if the unit is left unusedfor over 2 minutes. display will reappear with a press on eitherbutton or input from the sensor.
recording the cyclemovements
press the righ button to enterdst mode, press the left button until “km” and “h” (or “m” and “h”) of “km/h” (or “m/h” ) starts to flicker to recorddst、mxs、avs and tm. when there is input from thesensor, “/” starts to flicker.
notes:▼thecycle movement can’t be recorded by odo and clockmode.
▼thecycle movement can be recorded just only bydst、mxs、avs、tmand r mode.
▼recordingthe cycle movements mode is opposite freeze frame memory mode,default mode is freeze frame memory.
→press the left button to enter freeze framememory mode by dst、mxs、avs、tm and r mode.
freeze framememory
press the left button, freezeframe memory can lock the display
at the end of a ride segment bydst、mxs、avs、tm and r mode,
“km” and “h” (or “m” and “h” )of “km/h” (or “m/h” ) stops to flicker. the cycle movement (dst、mxs、avs and tm mode) can be read at later time bypressing the right button. to release the memory, press the leftand right button at the same time, the value ofdst、mxs、avs and tm will be back to zero.
★thatis particularly useful to record the information after finishing asports competition.
speedometer
instantaneous speed is indicatedon the top line. the rage of measurement is 0~99.9km/h (m/h) andaccuracy is +/-0.1 km/h (m/h).
speed comparator(cadence)
during riding,“▲” indicants that the instant speed is higherthan average speed(avs). “▼” indicants the instant speed is lower than theaverage speed.
odometer(odo)
mileage function mode: themainframe appears the total distance after it is restored at thelast time, press left button to know the fixed value of the tyrecircle, press left button for 6 seconds to clear out all the odovalue and other records and information, the user need to reset thekm (m), tyre circle, and the original odo value, the clock willremain. total distance display 0~9999.9 km(m), the mainframe willbe back to zero when value exceeds the maximum limit,
→press right button to enter dstmode.
tripdistance(dst)
the distance for one tripindicated by dst is displayed on the bottom line.
reset dst by pressing the leftand right button at the same time. the computer will clear therecords of dst, mxs, avs and tm. dst ranges from 0~9999.9km(m),when the value exceeds the range, it restarts from 0automatically.
→press the right button to mxs mode
maximumspeed(mxs)
maximum speed measurement forone trip is indicated by mxs and is displayed on the bottomline.
→press the right button to enter avsmode
averagespeed(avs)
average speed measurement isindicated by avs and is displayed on the bottom line. avs iscalculated with the trip time (tm), avs is the average speed onlywhile riding.
