kl5lm型矿灯选用国际上先进的美国流明公司的1wled光源和安全的锰酸锂离子电池设计制造的一种绿色环保新型矿灯，可适用于煤矿及各种矿山、石油、化工、公路运输等存在易燃、易爆环境中的安全照明及抢险救灾照明，也可以用于其它需要移动照明的场所。该矿灯已获得国家采煤机械质量监督检验中心《防暴检验合格证》。

kl5lm型矿灯是根据gb7857-2003《矿灯安全性能通用要求》和mt927-2004《kl型矿灯》的要求制造而成，该产品具有体积小、重量轻、寿命长、环保无污染、免维护等特点。

1.在需要时，推动灯头开关至主光源开关位置，主光源点亮。

2.矿灯可持续或间歇工作，使用时左右转动开关钮即可点亮主光源或辅助光源。

3.矿灯主光源额定工作电流为0.2a，可点灯25小时以上，辅助光源工作电流为0.12a，只用辅助光源可点灯30小时以上。若主光源有故障或工作超出预定时间，可以用辅助光源照明，以保证更长的点灯时间。

4.产品具有过放电保护功能，当电池放电到终止电压2.9v时，保护装置会动作，切断放电回路，此时矿灯会熄灭，应再次充电才能继续使用。

5.若主光源失效或者需要辅助光源照明时，将开关推至辅助光源开关位置，辅助光源亦可点亮。

6．色温范围为3000k-8000k，可根据需要选择

kl5lmminer’s lamps are designed based on gb7857-2003《generalre for safety of miner’s lamp》andmt927-2004《klminer’s lamp》,which have characteristics of small size, light weight, longservice life, free of maintenance, environmentalprotection.

1.move the switch to the main light source position if necessary, themain main illuminant will light.

2.miner’s lamps could work continuously or intermittently,

turnon left/right rotary switch to adjust the light source when in theuse of it.

3.therated working current of miner’s lamps’ main light source is 0.2a,which can be illuminated for more than 25 hours; the rated workingcurrent of secondary light source is 0.12a, which can beilluminated for more than 30 hours when only use of it. thesecondary light source can be available when main light source isfailed or overworked to ensure the lamps can long-lifework.

4.thisproduct has discharging protection function; when

thebattery is discharged to cut-off voltage of 2.9v, protection devicewill start automatically and turn off the discharge loop, theminer’s lamp is off and should recharge the battery beforeuse.
