nimonic80a是以镍-铬为基体，添加铝、钛形成γ′相弥散强化的高温合金，除铝含量略高外，其他与gh4033相近，使用温度700～800℃，在650～850℃具有良好的抗蠕变性能和抗氧化性能。该合金冷、热加工性能良好，主要供应热轧棒材、冷拉棒材、热轧板材、冷轧板材、带材以及环形件等，用于制造发动机转子叶片、导向叶片支座、螺栓、叶片锁板等零件。

nimonic80a is a γ 'dispersion-strengthened superalloy formed byadding aluminum and titanium with ni-cr as matrix. it is similar togh4033 except that the aluminum content is slightly higher. it hasgood creep resistance and oxidation resistance at 700 ~800℃ and 650 ~ 850℃. the alloy has good cold and hot workingperformance, mainly supplying hot rolled bar, cold drawn bar, hotrolled plate, cold rolled plate, strip and annular parts, etc.,used for manufacturing engine rotor blade, guide blade support,bolt, blade lock plate and other parts.
