四使用方法usage

1．对混凝土预制件表面的缺陷进行清理，剔除剥落、疏松、蜂窝和腐蚀等劣化混凝土并用清水冲洗干净

precast concrete surface defects,clean, remove peel, loose, cellular, and corrosion deterioration ofconcrete and rinse with water

2.对路面、桥面和停车场等可按施工设计要求将缺陷面切割和剔凿成成规定的几何尺寸与深度后再进行表面清理

on the road, bridge and parkinglots can be designed to require the construction defect surfacecutting and tick hewn into the specified geometric dimensions anddepth of the surface after cleaning

3.将砂浆中干粉与乳液按6～7：1比例（重量比）混合并用机械搅拌3-5分钟

the dry mortar with latex by 6 ~7:1 ratio (weight ratio) mixture, and stir 3-5 minutes withmechanical

4.用抹刀将砂浆用力压抹至修补面上。一般修补层厚度不超过30mm,每次压抹不超过10mm为宜，待表干后再进行上面一层的施工

五注意事项notes

1．可在0～5℃条件下施工和养护。

2. 聚合物砂浆随拌随用。

3. 5℃以上阴凉干燥处保存，保质期3个月。
