产品包装

每个执行器用单独一个牛皮纸盒包装，内附合格证、说明书等。接线图在每个产品上均有标注，请以每个产品上接线图为准。

安装

安装时请让流体的流向与阀体上标示的箭头方向一致。产品出厂时，电动球阀均为打开状态；安装时，先安装阀体。管道安装完毕并通水试压检测完毕后，再安装驱动器。

3.驱动器接线时，请不要将230vac的火线和零线接反接错。以免驱动器不能正常工作。

管道连接作业中注意事项

连接（螺纹连接）时，用板手夹住电动球阀连接侧的六角部将其旋进管道。注意不要让切削、密封剂等进入阀内。在阀的前方安装手动阀，以备检修用。阀体安装时（驱动器安装前），请勿将阀体保护帽卸下。以免损坏阀体螺纹部分。

调试（推荐在中央空调主机工作状况下调试）

1.确认安装正确无误。通电，打开电动球阀检查出风口吹出的空气温度是否符合冬、夏季中央空调系统的要求。

2.如不符，检查执行器的开/关阀的接线是否反接。

3.如接线正确，将执行器从阀体上旋下，分别接通开/关阀电源，检查电动球阀是否动作正常。如电动球阀动作不正常，则电动球阀损坏。如电动球阀正常，则检查管道是否堵塞？管道中是否有空调水等其他原因。
