3.可充电储能系统内材料阻燃级别，可充电储能系统安装舱体与乘客舱之间应使用阻燃隔热等级，要求可充电储能系统内材料阻燃材料的阻燃等级应达到gb/t2408—2008规定的水平燃烧hb级，垂直燃烧v—级；
