zxf603型转杯纺纱机是一种高速、高效率带排杂结构自排风式的自由端纺纱机，适用于纯棉毛、粘胶、化纤及混纺。
主要特点
1、能将012－0.27ne(500-2200tex)的二道熟条直接纺制成14－42ne(147-14.7tex)的细纱。
2、本机型配有辅助吸嘴及留尾纱机构。
3、本机配有输送带机构，以减轻落筒的劳动强度。
4、本机带有张力补偿装置，及储纱装置，可以纺制锥筒纱。
5、本机采用变频调速技术pc（可编程序控制器）控制。
6、本机具有工艺参数设置、检测及显示功能。
7、本机型机身部分可整节拆装发运。

i. we adopt new air-draining spinning frames. compared with theair-drafting type, the draining type has the followingadvantages:
1. of the yarn is improved because the pressure of theair-drafting cup-winding spinning frame is uneven and the two endsare better than the middle part in drafting air. in addition, thecup of the air-drafting always deposit dust and thus impair the of yarns.
2. with a high efficiency of filtering the dross, the spinningframe can process the raw stripes with 2% of dross
3. it widens the range of processed yarns.
4. the yarn breakage rate of the air-drawing frame is lower thanthat of the air-drifting frame and raw materials with lower can be fully used too.
5. the air-drawing frame can ensure the transfer of fibers. it isunnecessary to speed up the carding rollers. in this way, itreduces power consumption.
6. it helps to reduce the bearing pressure by 15-30%. reduction ofbearing temperature helps to prolong its service time and furtherto increase the rotating rate while reducing the power consumptionby the cup.
7. using the same raw material, the air-drawing spinning frame canincrease its rotating rate by 10000 to 20000 compared withair-drafting frame. in this way, it can produce yarns of the samegood .

3. the joint intensity of the processed yarns is no less than 60%of the ordinary yarns and will not influence the followingprocess.
