适用于对单层或多层皮革、橡胶、塑料、布料、泡棉、尼龙、人造革、pvc板、无
纺布等物料的裁断作业，特别适用于宽幅面、成卷状材料的冲裁落料；尤其是对裁切有
规律、刀模较小、大批量的零部件特别适用。如足球、排球、网球、砂轮切割片等。
1、采用“plc＋编码器”人机界面的数字控制操作系统，可实现自动送料、自动排模
冲切，可有五种排列图形模式选择，自动设定冲裁次数，精度高，定位精度可达0.2毫米，
节省材料，工作效率高，减轻劳动强度。
2、plc程序控制中心对操作指令的设定具有记忆功能，在断电或班后切断电源后都不受
影响，便于再次操作。
3、 采用双油缸驱动，四柱导向，自动平衡，确保每次裁断深度完全一致。
4、 、操作方式有三种选择：自动、半自动、手动，自由灵活。
5、冲头可自动横移，自动定位，刀模固定采用电磁吸盘，无需进行刀模的设定，高低刀模可
任意冲切，操作方便。

a. digital control system of “plc + coder” human-machine interfaceis adopted to realize
automatic feeding, pattern arrangement and cutting. five kinds ofarrangement figures are optional
for automatically setting cutting times with high precision. thepositioning precision can reach
0.2mm so as to save materials, enhance work efficiency and reducelabor intensity.
b. plc program control center is provided with memory function forthe settings of operation
instructions, which are not influenced in case of power failure orpower-cut after work, so as to
facilitate operation for the next time.
c. double oil cylinders drive, four-column guiding and automaticbalancing are adopted to guarantee
identical cutting depth for each time.
d. three operation modes such as automatic, semiautomatic andmanual operations are optional,
which are free and flexible.
e. the cutting head can carry out automatic transverse movement andautomatic positioning. the die
cutter is fixed by electromagnetic suction disc. without the needof setting die cutters, the upper and
