huayun plastic company supply tpee performance features highperformance levels: high structural strength, good creepresistance, excellent resilience, impact and bending fatigueresistance, wear resistance, dimensional stability. it is flexibleat low temperature and can maintain good performance at hightemperature. in addition, it resists corrosion caused by manyindustrial chemicals, oils, and solvents. extrusion stage: inaddition to the characteristics of high performance level, the meltstrength is better, dedicated to extrusion molding. blow moldinggrade: in addition to the characteristics of high-performancegrade, but also with good melt strength. modified grade: it is amulti-block copolymer, is an excellent plastic modifier, used toimprove the impact resistance of pom, pbt. flame retardant grade:it is a blend of high performance grade and self-made flameretardant masterbatch to meet the re of flame retardantmaterials. methods: tpee can be produced easily by injectionmolding, extrusion, blow molding, rotational molding, melt castingand other thermoplastic processing methods. depending on theprocessing method and the type of polymer, it can be processed from177 °c to 260 °c. all grades have a clear melting point andexcellent melt stability. tpee is resistant to hydrolysis, does notreact with moisture in the air, it has weak water absorption, inorder to make the # # , before use need to dry, although moisturecontent in 0.1% below, extrusion and molding processing will notproduce defects. tpee degrades at high temperatures in the presenceof acidic media. therefore, tpee can not be combined with acidadditives. the viscosity of tpee is not sensitive to shear rate,especially at low shear rate (e. g. extrusion) . the product mustbe dried for 4 ~ 6 hours in an air blast oven at 80 ~ 110 °c beforeprocessing. the recycled material can be mixed with the newmaterial, but the dosage should not exceed 25% . injection molding:the material temperature should be 5 ~ 15 °c higher than theproduct melting range, mold temperature is 20 ~ 50 °c, injectionpressure is 60 ~ 100 mpa, injection speed is medium and low.extrusion blow molding: the ratio of screw length to diameter is24∶1, the barrel temperature should be higher than the productmelting range 5 ~ 10 °c. product shape and packaging tpee productshape and packaging thermoplastic polyester elastomer (tpee) allgrades of products are cylindrical particles, packed in amoisture-proof inner layer of composite paper bags, each bag netweight 25kg.
