在煤价、铁矿石价格上涨的推动下，国内钢材价格再次冲顶。

　　多家钢铁行业分析机构发布的数据显示，国内钢价目前已攀升至年内水平，甚至超过了自2014年8月中旬以来的峰值。

　　11月14日，西本新干线钢价指数达到3120点，与上周五持平，该指数已超过了今年4月的峰值，创下年内新高，也是过去27个月以来的值。

　　今年初国内钢价曾一路飙升，在5月则开始直线下降。根据西本新干线的统计，目前的钢价指数甚至高于2014年8月中旬的水平。在当年8月19日，该钢价指数为3110点。不过与2011年的钢材价格仍相去甚远。当年的国内钢价指数曾达到5100点，此后持续下跌。

　　兰格钢铁网的全国钢材综合价格指数亦在上周达到124.8点，创下继2014年8月以来的阶段新高。

　　西本新干线研究员邱跃成认为，此轮从10月开始的钢价上涨，主要缘于煤炭、铁矿石等原料的价格上升，为成本推动型。11月初，环渤海地区动力煤价格指数曾出现连续18期上涨；而在国内需求的刺激下，国际铁矿石价格上周也突破70美元，相较去年翻番。

　　兰格钢铁网分析师葛昕指出，目前的钢价上涨与今年初有明显区别。“年初钢价上涨是因为部分地区缺货所造成的，供应和需求错配使得价格短期内出现了暴涨暴跌。”

　　钢价上涨的不同逻辑直接导致了钢厂盈利情况的差异。“4月钢厂螺纹钢的吨钢毛利平均在800元左右，而现在只有67元。”邱跃成告诉界面新闻记者。原料上涨吞噬了钢厂利润空间，使得它们在近纷纷做出调价决定。

　　11月11日，宝钢和沙钢公布了的钢材价格调整方案。宝钢股份（600019.sh）将调整12月国内期货销售价格，如热轧和厚板将相较11月上涨300元/吨，而沙钢则将11月中旬出厂的螺纹钢价格上调500元/吨。

　　宝钢股份在解释此次调价时称，目前的原料上涨幅度明显大于钢价上涨幅度，同时煤焦资源紧俏，部分钢企由于亏损、或买不到足够的原料被动限产或减产。
