食品饮料及餐饮设备展览会（简称“fhc上海环球食品展”）已于2020年11月12日在上海新国际博览中心圆满落下帷幕。在全球抗疫的大环境下，这场为期三天的展会依旧吸引行业各界人士积极响应，通过参与展会活动为食饮产业回暖复苏与进一步升级发展奠定重要基础。尽管出行条件受限，仍有来自21个国家及地区的海外品牌通过代理商或在商协会、使领馆等机构支持下积极参与展会亮相，包括德国、法国、奥地利、意大利、荷兰、俄罗斯、加拿大、南非、日本及美国在内的10个国际展团携手参与，带领更多企业借助线上平台的辅助与国内采购商建立沟通。来自本土的众多业界品牌一如既往支持参与，各领域各地区行业机构组团加盟，助力fhc不断迈向更宽阔的行业领域。 inpost-covid-19, china’s catering industry is facing newopportunities and challenges. as the leading platform for china’sfood and beverage market, the 24th fhc - shanghai global food tradeshow, was held at shanghai new international expo centre fromnovember 10 to 12, 2020. overseas companies with great desire torevive business showcased their products on the spot, getinformation and network efficiently. this year we saw 10international pavilions participated the physical show via localpartners. these include pavilions from germany, france, austria,italy, netherlands, russia, canada, south africa, japan andamerica.

很高兴能再次参观fhc展会。今年的疫情冲击使大家的业务受到影响，在这里与业内伙伴相聚，给了我们交流分享的重要平台，讨论共同面临的难题，寻求 业务合作的新方向。 it’s a great pleasureto attend the fhc shanghai global food trade show once again in2020. our business was damaged due to the pandemic, but we cannetwork with peers and talk about the hardships we are facing, newopportunities and directions would be discovered at fhc then. 观 众 寄语 “ 除了丰富多样的产品展区，印象比较深的还有很多场专业论坛，探讨食品行业各个领域的状况与突破口。我和同事分别去参加了几场不同的论坛， 接触到不少食材供应商、烹饪料理新趋势等。希望明年也有机会再次过来参观，期待看到更加完美的fhc。 in addition to rich and varied exhibition areas,there are also large numbers of professional forums to discuss thesituation and breakthrough in food industry. my colleagues and iattended several, met ingredients suppliers and learnt alot on new trends in cooking. we hope to visit again to witness abetter fhc next year.
