USP 42<61 62 51>微生物污染试验 防腐性能检测

- 测验意图: 查验资料本身受微生物污染的状况（也即微生物洁净度状况）
- usp包括以下六个微生物测验：

(1) total aerobic microbial count 菌落总数 (定量）
(2) mould and yeast count 霉菌和酵母菌数 (定量）
(3) staphylococcus aureus 金黄色葡萄球菌 (定性）
(4) pseudomonas aeruginosa 绿脓杆菌（定性）
(5) salmonella 沙门氏菌 （定性）
(6) escherichia coli 大肠杆菌 （定性）

usp61 limit re:
(1)+(2) < 5000 cfu/g ( if the material was used in baby productor eye area product, the limit should be < 500 cfu/g)
(3)/(4)/(5)/(6) should be “absent per 10g “

2. usp防腐剂抗菌效能测验
- 测验意图
为防止的资料在保存过程中或使用过程中发生微生物腐败现象，须在资料中加入适量的防腐剂，而防腐剂作用怎么则需通过usp《51》测验进行点评。
-usp测验简述：
将规范指定编号的以下菌种接入样品，然后在第7 天，第14 天，第28 天别离查验每种菌的存活数量，存活数量越少，其防腐剂抗菌作用越好。
staphylococcus aureus 金黄色葡萄球菌
escherichia coli 大肠杆菌
pseudomonas aeruginosa 绿脓杆菌
candida albicans 白色念株菌
aspergillus niger 黑曲霉

细菌 (staphylococcus aureus/ escherichia coli / pseudomonasaeruginosa)
14 天细菌削减≥2.0 log (99%)
28 天不再繁衍
真菌 (candida albicans /aspergillus niger)

美国药典（usp）发布了重大调整，原第61章“微生物定量测验”被拆分红两部分，即第61章“非灭菌产品中微生物测验：微生物计数检测”和第62章“非灭菌产品中微生物测验：特定微生物检测”。调整后的两章（请参见下表），同时出口欧美的客户其测验成本将大大节省。

新usp61+62章节将于2009年5月1日生效。
