the 31st hotelex shanghai international hotel and catering expo was successfully held from may 29 to june 1, 2023 at the national convention and exhibition center (shanghai), with over 245000 professional visitors attending. the first stop of the hotelex shanghai international hotel and catering series exhibition in 2023 was a successful conclusion.

this year's hotelex shanghai exhibition made its second appearance at theiao national convention and exhibition center, still using the full scale of the museum, with a total exhibition area of 400000 square meters. this year's hotelex shanghai exhibition, as one of the three key business card events created during the 14th five year plan period - an important component of the 2023 shanghai tourism industry expo, is guided by the shanghai municipal bureau of culture and tourism and co hosted by the china tourism hotel industry association and shanghai bohua international exhibition co., ltd.
