透水框架模具结构原理

透水框架模具只用钢模制成，在透水框架模具内浇筑水泥或混凝土，该建筑原料价格便宜适用范围广，一般制造技术分为两种，一种是预制，一种是现浇。预制是准备现成模具或定制模具。混凝土和水泥倒入透水框架模具振动后，7~9小时晾干即可脱模。这样可以大量减少生产时间，节约成本，提高河流工程治理的工作效率。透水框架模具也可以称之为透水框架或者三角桩模具，使用地区集中在华中，比如安徽湖南湖北等地区，这种预制块是近两年兴起使用的，原来多是使用实心的三角桩，现在这种透水框架预制块不但节省混凝土，而且还可以减缓水流速度，在下游地方有利于淤泥堆积，这样能保障河床不被冲洗。
