一、hastelloy c-4概述： 

hastelloyc-4是一种奥氏体低碳镍-钼-铬合金。hastelloyc-4 和其它早期开发的相似化学成分的合金的主要区别是低碳、硅、铁、钨含量。这样的化学成分使其在650-1040℃时表现出极好的稳定性，提高了抗晶间腐蚀的能力，在适当的制造条件下可以避免刃线腐蚀敏感性和焊缝热影响区腐蚀。hastelloy c-4在高温状态下具有优良的热稳定性和韧性，对于高温状态下的应力腐蚀裂纹和氧化性气氛具有良好的抵抗性。适合各类热的矿物酸、含氯介质、乙酸、乙酸酐、海水和盐水溶液等腐蚀性物质。
