A single forging product can be weighing 1kg-100 tons.   与锻件生产配套的加工设备，现有立式“车床”（Φ1.6米-Φ5米）有15台，有卧车26台，大卧车轴类件加工能力满足直径2.5米、长度16米，大设备承载重量80吨以内；现有深孔钻镗床2台，可加工内孔尺寸Φ0.9米长度15米以内的锻件。There are 15 sets of vertical lathes (diameter from 1.6 meters to 5 meters), 26 sets of horizontal lathes. The biggest horizontal lathes can produce the shaft forgings within the diameter of 2.5 meters in and the length of 16 meters, and the maximum equipment load within 80 tons.
