the thermoplate™ system from tokai hit provides a fast, precise,and convenient system to maintain the temperature on the microscopestage of evos™ fl andxl imaging systems. the system affords accurate and reliablethermal control of specimens during observation on the microscopestage. a controlled and stable temperature is particularlyimportant for sensitive cell types like oocytes, stem cells, andprimary cells and allows extended inspection on the microscopestage without adverse cell viability impact.
the tokai hit thermoplate system offers you these advantages:

a sterilizable temperature sensor enables continuous temperaturerecording of both sample and surface temperatures. the temperaturerecordings are logged and saved in a csv format that can beexported. importantly the temperature measurement log can be usedfor control purposes.
the thermoplate system consists of a control unit and astrengthened optical- heated glass plate that can bemaintained at up to 50°c, with a lower, reliable limit 5°c aboveambient. a continuous current control method ensures a highlystable temperature control, with an accuracy of +/- 0.1°c. thisprevents thermal drift that may reduce image overtime-dependent observations at higher magnifications. theoptical- glass causes minimal loss of light and allows thecapture of high- images in both transmitted light andfluorescence. with a thickness of only 0.5 mm, a range of objectives for the evosimaging systems can be used to image samples on thethermoplate.
