德国behlke高压开关介绍：

德国behlke高压开关应用特别是在工作条件或负载条件意外变化的情况下，存在一定的风险。因此，固态开关的峰值电流能力应始终尽可能高，至少高于应用的可能短路电流，以最大限度地降低意外电压波动或意外反激电压造成损坏的风险。设计人员还必须考虑增加的环境温度以及运行中的实际外壳温度。根据实际应用情况可以选择陶瓷冷却表面，散热片，冷却法兰和液体冷却水或电介质冷却剂。

主要应用：需要产生高电压快速脉冲的场合,例如：快速脉冲群发生器，泡克耳斯盒驱动器，雷达调节器等。它拥有纳秒级的的上升沿时间，能输出较大脉冲电流。它与传统的真空电子管相比，有速率高，输出阻抗低，寿命长，驱动简单，功耗小等特点。

连接及操作：应用时应注意电源电压不能高于5.5v以及极性不能接反,否则会有损坏电子开关的危险。为避免开机时产生过大的浪涌电流和保护开关应该限制电源电流在1a以下，或使用1a的供电电源供电。
在中间位置的三个引脚,它们在内部连接到一起为开关的高压负极。另三个一排的引脚也是在内部连接到一起为开关的高压正极。应用时应注意将它们分别连接到一起。
