焊缝自动跟踪技术

焊接机器人缺少对工件的自适应能力，效果比较好的是用激光视觉传感器系统，它能够自动识别焊缝位置，在空间中寻找和跟踪焊缝、寻找焊缝起、终点，实现焊枪跟随焊缝位置自适应控制。但这种方法不太适合轿车底盘零件的焊接，因轿车底盘零件机器人系统的夹具允许机器人工作空间范围很小，根本不允许焊枪头上再有附带激光跟踪头焊接。为此仅可使用的焊缝自动跟踪技术为电弧电压跟踪传感，该系统具有寻找焊缝起始点、终点以及弧长参考点，焊接过程中根据弧长的变化，用电弧传感器控制电压自适应控制。这种方法也只能应用于角接接头形式，对于轿车底盘零件大量的薄板搭接焊缝，因无法寻找弧长参考点也无法应用。

the welding robot lacks the adaptive ability to the workpiece.the effect of the laser vision sensor system is better. it canautomatically identify the weld position, find and track the weldin the space, look for the weld and end point, and realize theadaptive control of the welding torch following the weld position.but this method is not suitable for the welding of car chassisparts, because the jig of the car chassis parts robot system allowsthe robot working space very small, and no laser tracking headwelding is allowed on the head of the welding gun. for thispurpose, the automatic welding seam tracking technology is used forarc voltage tracking sensing. the system can find the startingpoint of the weld, the end point and the reference point of the arclength. in the welding process, the arc sensor is used to controlthe voltage adaptive control according to the change of arc length.this method can only be used in the form of angle joint. a largenumber of thin plate lap welds for car chassis parts can not beapplied because of the failure to find the arc length referencepoint.
