配备特点：

1、本机乃龙门式结构设计，承受压力大，抗张力强，寿命长。

2、采用进口液压配件和高压力低能耗之油压动作系统及机械保压控制回路，加压时间短，成型效果好，效率高。

3、配有简易油温冷却管，防止油温过高，使油封和油压配件的使用寿命达到高。

4、每个工作岗位的油路系统均为独立控制，均配有自动时间控制器和计数器，可单独工作。分开对应排放，故障判断简单快捷，维修方便。

5、采用铝合金加热板热压成型，温控采用智能型温控系统，精度高，温度可自由调整，上下模可各别控制温度，高温可达350度，使产品达到更完美及之压着成型。

6、可根据客户需要提供热定型、冷定型或二冷二热机型及不同的模板尺寸。

7、可选配模具安装油路，上升下降位置均可自由定位，更换模具方便快捷。

8、也可选装安全光幕，防止操作工人压到手指。

9、集中电气控制箱,电气元件分布合理,每条线都做有记号，诊断维修简单快捷，不易出故障，控制系统更为可靠.
