该机床是我公司结合国内外同类产品优良的特点而加以改进、研发出来的高新产品。该类机床造型新颖、起点高，属于高精密数控机床。具有人机界面优越及保持性和稳定性可靠等特点。
该机床为30º倾斜式整体床身，配有日本产数控系统或国内品牌数控系统，电气元件采用德国施耐德产品，配有台湾产线性导轨和滚珠丝杠，液压元件、卡盘、刀塔，主轴单元系我公司自主研发的np系列高速精密动静压主轴组系。
该机床适合加工轴、盘、套、接头类零件，产品加工的圆度≤1.5µm、表面粗糙度可达ra0.4µm、尺寸精度it6、x/z向定位精度0.008mm/0.008mm、重复定位精度0.002mm±0.002mm，可实现“以车代磨”。
